Patricia has been involved in fencing for the last 17 years and in 2017 was awarded the British Empire Medal (BEM) for services to sport in Camden. She started as a parent of a fencer who represented GBR at Cadet, Junior level and then Senior level. During which time she became passionately involved in the sport, and also became involved in national team management.
As members you’ll know Patricia as the chair of Camden Fencing Club, and was instrumental in the club becoming a charity. Patrica also works tirelessly to make fencing accessible and inclusive to children and adults from all backgrounds, and those who wouldn't normally have to access the sport.

Following on from our communication yesterday from the Chief Executive here, British Fencing has made the following decisions with regards to events:
In light of the ongoing effects of COVID-19 (Coronavirus) and recent government advice, Camden Fencing Club has taken the decision to suspend its Club activities from and including Tuesday 17th March 2020.
This includes our participation at competitions and club programmes until at least Monday 19 April.
We will continue to monitor the situation carefully and react as best we can as the situation progress. We'll keep everyone in the club as up to date as possible and look forward to club fencing resuming to normal at an appropriate time.
